How do I earn a stamp?

Record a hike or walk and finish it inside a national park or monument, or open a trail and tap I hiked this. You can also import past hikes from Apple Watch in Settings or on the Record tab, and we'll stamp every park you were in.

My hikes don't show up in Apple Health

Open the Health app › Sharing › Apps › Roam Passport and turn on Workouts. Recorded hikes save as Hiking and walks as Walking.

I got a new phone. Where's my passport?

Sign in to the same Apple ID with iCloud turned on, open Roam Passport, and give it a few seconds. Your stamps, hikes and trips come back on their own. You can also restore an exported backup file in Settings.

Restore Pro on a new device

Open Settings in the app and tap Restore purchases, or tap it on the Pro screen.

Cancel or change my subscription

iPhone Settings › your name › Subscriptions › Roam Passport. Cancel at least 24 hours before your trial or period ends. If Pro ends, nothing is deleted. Older history just locks until you renew.

Refunds

Purchases are handled by Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Trail info looks wrong

Trail and fee data is approximate. Always check current conditions, closures and permits at nps.gov. Spot a mistake? Email us and we'll fix it.
